Charlotte Broady, Service and Maintenance Contracts Manager
Charlotte joined the business in 2016 as an office administrator and started out working on a few small insurance projects. After hard work and determination, Charlotte became responsible for looking after our Failsafe and private customers. Charlotte has always shown dedication to any task and can motivate the team to do well. Charlotte promotes a can-do attitude and will always go above and beyond expectation. As a result of this, in 2020, Charlotte was promoted to team leader and took on our largest client as well as our Failsafe and private customers. In 2021 Charlotte was promoted to Service and Maintenance Contracts Manager and has excelled tremendously, promoting a good team ethos and a highly co-ordinated strategy to service and support all our customers efficiently. In her current role, Charlotte oversees the day to day running of our service & maintenance department. This consists of planning and co-ordinating the service & maintenance of heating systems for multiple housing associations and private customers.
