Debbie Farr, HR & Facilities Director
Debbie is the HR & Facilities Director at ISO Quality Services, a family run business that specialises in helping SMEs worldwide implement and manage the internationally recognised standards.
Her journey with the company started a decade ago when she was brought on board by sister Jennifer to oversee the newly formed training department. This venture proved a success, but HR was where her passion truly lay, and in 2019, she was promoted to HR and Facilities Director. Debbie is a key member of the leadership team and Board of Directors, contributing to the company’s strategic development where she works closely with her sister and parents, reinforcing the company’s family-centred ethos.
As part of her role, Debbie manages the recruitment and retention strategies for the business, along with day-to-day HR responsibilities, overseeing internal staff training, and ensuring a positive working environment for the team. Furthermore, she heads the company’s health and wellbeing initiative, a testament to her commitment to employee wellness. This initiative has not only reinforced staff morale but has also earned awards including the Worcestershire Works Well Outstanding Achievement Award 2019 and the Herefordshire and Worcestershire’s Chamber Business Award for Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace 2022. Through her innovative leadership and dedication to fostering a supportive workplace, Debbie has made a positive impact on ISO Quality Services, steering the company towards a brighter future.
