Samantha, a dedicated and passionate professional, joined Tayntons Solicitors in February 2020. Focusing on operational people management, talent acquisition, and business processes, she is committed to fostering a positive work environment and enhancing team skills.
With expertise in improving business processes, Samantha, as a member of the management team, plays a crucial role in developing operational efficiencies, enhancing client services, and managing risks effectively. Her dedication extends to facilities management, ensuring an efficient workplace.
Known for her approachability and ‘can do’ attitude, Samantha contributes to a positive work culture. Committed to delivering quality services, she constantly seeks ways to improve practices and develop policies.
A graduate from the University of Gloucestershire in 2012, Samantha is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and a CIPD member, staying at the forefront of leadership and personnel management.
Deeply involved in community service, Samantha manages social media for the Wooden Spoon Charity Gloucestershire, sits on Maggies’ fundraising board, and is a committee member for the Cheltenham Luncheon Business Club.
Samantha’s commitment extends to her role as Honorary Secretary and Treasurer for the Gloucestershire Root Fruit & Grain Society since 1991, promoting excellence in the farming community.
An avid supporter of Gloucester Rugby, Samantha actively participates in local events, fostering community spirit and bringing businesses together.
