This week we held a big online event looking at the most pressing challenges to business leaders today #Backtoworksafely. We talked health and wellbeing and had some insights from Alistair Robertson, expert psychologist kindly interviewed by Colin Frensham, Director of Tidal Training – Watch Here https://vimeo.com/425514916, along with an overview from our expert panel on what they were seeing from an HR, Finance, Employment Law, Safe Space, Marketing and Communications perspective.
Earlier in the week we surveyed our attendees asking them their biggest challenges in these areas and used this data to ensure we provided relevant, sound advice that would help and support their business going now, answering question they have today!
With over 100 business leaders booked for this event it’s clear the business community needs more support and clarity on issues around getting their people back to work safely. We will continue with these conversations in our weekly HR, Finance and Cyber Focus events, along with workshops on Safe Space and Marketing to. ensure we continue to bring you the answers and support you need.
We started the event with an open session of sharing news and introductions, followed by an overview from our expert panel on what they are seeing in their sectors and from their clients, followed by answering questions in the chat box and an open Q & A. After attendees could stay on for a networking session to get to know each other people better and make valuable connections.
As part of our C2S Digital offer, New for C2S Leaders will be able to carry on the conversation as we will be connecting them all via email (unless requested to not be included) allowing them further opportunity for networking, knowledge transfer and connections.
