Recognising that their customers needed a new approach and sales and marketing looked different after the start of the pandemic, they embarked on a whole new strategy to re-evaluate the way they communicate with their customers – everything they do at Ricoh is customer centric, it’s all about their customers! Chas took us through this process and the ‘Art within the Science’ and shared with us top tips and insights into what we can be doing in our business – invaluable!
