In response to the current challenges business and education are having to re-connect students to the business community, Circle2Success launched a pilot programme, C2S Connections to try to combat these challenges.

With a national crisis on skills and the future talent available to businesses it’s even more important to connect with the next generation of talent for your business and secure your talent pipeline.

Last week we held a pilot of a new scheme to bring students and the business community back together after the difficult 20 months both have encountered due to COVID.

This is a new exciting C2S digital event, online platform allowing students and businesses to connect digitally, reducing transmission of COVID and the possible spread within organisations. These online speed networking events are to promote confidence, rebuild relationships and showcase to young people what amazing opportunities and organisations there are in Gloucestershire and the South West.

At Circle2success we work with our members on their challenges and skills shortages and the talent pipeline is certainly one of them!
