Zena has worked at CCP for three years and is Housing Services Manager and Diversity & Inclusion group co-Chair. She oversees a team of housing officers who have responsibility for a portfolio of properties across Gloucestershire and neighbouring counties. The team work with local authorities to meet accommodation needs and ensure our properties offer safe homes for the client group CCP work with.
Zena has a passion for equality and will look to call out bias wherever she sees it. She is motivated to eradicate all forms of inequality within the workplace, having an interest in equality for working women and as a mother of a mixed heritage son, will always challenge any kind of racism. Zena says she ‘loves working for CCP and although I accept that I cannot even begin to understand the experiences of others, I am keen to work towards and promote equality in all settings within our organisation.’
