The Corporate team at BPE Solicitors has supported leading specialist financial training provider, Alpha Development, in securing a multi-million pound investment from British Growth Fund (BGF).
BPE’s Corporate Partner, Adam Kean, along with Senior Partner John Workman and Solicitor Ben Adams worked with Paul Monk and his team at Alpha Development to ensure the investment process went smoothly.
With this investment, Alpha Development will accelerate its growth plans, including expanding across the Atlantic to deliver its specialist and Early Careers financial training to the world’s leading investment banks and other financial institutions.
