2. Sexual Harassment Workshop delivered by Hollie Gazzard Trust

The Hollie Gazzard Trust are pleased to offer the Active Bystander Training for Sexual Harassment free of charge to five Circle 2 Success members on a first come first served basis. The ideal group number is up to 16 people per organisation. The programme is designed for staff to learn more about sexual harassment, and how they can help combat it by learning skills to intervene as a positive bystander.

4. Disability Awareness Training Opportunities from GEM: Lunch & Learn Sessions Lunch and Learn | Inclusivity Works
As part of the Inclusivity Works commitment to support employers through their journeys to become more diverse, we recently launched ‘Lunch and Learn’. A series of free, online lunchtime Zoom webinars aimed at employers, managers, recruiters, HR professionals but also open to anyone with an interest in the subject. The 45-minute webinars are presented by experts in their fields, and offer employers practical advice and guidance. 5. Support for Apprentices with Learning difficulties available from Support Connect

Help is available for people who have Specific Learning Differences (SpLD): any difference or difficulty you may experience with particular aspects of learning, for example – Dyslexia, Anxiety, ADHD; ADD, Autism. Connect Support exists to help the Apprentice, Trainer and Work Supervisor to be aware of the effects of these differences and to put into place the help, methods and techniques to facilitate the best possible learning experience.
