There is little Alison Andrews doesn’t know about the Neoperl UK manufacturing business in Malvern, having worked there as Company Administrator for the past 24 years.
Alison is responsible for managing the day to day financial, purchasing and facilities administration for the company. She ensures that all statutory accounting, financial controls and reporting functions are fulfilled. It’s a job she knows well, but one that requires continual training to ensure she meets the changing needs of the business and legislation.
“Neoperl has always been a supportive employer around CPD training, and they have assisted and encouraged me to gain relevant qualifications for my role. I have completed a CMA level 7 certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership, a CIPD level 5 in HR and I am CIMA qualified, a specialist management accounting qualification which is key to my role. All of these have been achieved during my time at Neoperl, they financed the courses and supported me with time off to attend college too.” Said Alison.
