Principle Estate Management has been appointed to manage the first phase of a major new mixed-use development in Worcester city centre which will see 213 competitively priced apartments across two blocks constructed.
The apartments, in the first phase of Sherriff’s Gate, are part of a major development which will ultimately deliver a total of 468 apartments, 40,000 sq ft of commercial and retail space, a 200 room hotel and leisure and hospitality units including restaurants, a 10 pin bowling alley, a cinema and a gym.
The completed development, which will cover approximately 900,000 sq ft of derelict land in the city centre, will also provide nearly 1,000 new parking spaces.
Robert Simonds, a director at Principle Estate Management said: “We were introduced to Stennard Harrison, managing director of Sherriff’s Gate Developments Ltd by Connells New Homes team in Worcester, who are appointed to sell the apartments.”
Sherriff’s Gate sits within the Worcester City Masterplan which envisages more than 3,000 new homes, 8,600 new jobs and public spaces including nine new parks and a new cycle infrastructure.
Mr Simonds added: “This is an exciting time for Worcester, and we are very pleased to be involved in the early stages of what is a major regeneration scheme for the Shrub Hill area.”
Launched in 2018, Principle has since grown into what is now more than 60 staff looking after a portfolio of more than 11,500 units at around 325 developments across the UK.
