Jacqui has 18 years working in finance primarily within the property industry. Before that, she pursued various careers, including a decade in the Royal Air Force and roles in estate agency, mortgage broking and insurance.
Jacqui oversees all things finance to ensure the organisation’s integrity and efficiency. Responsibilities include meticulous bookkeeping, managing payroll for both internal staff and temporary workers, and overseeing timesheets to ensure timely submissions and approvals.
The role involves invoicing for permanent and temporary placements, managing accounts payable and supplier payments, and conducting credit control to ensure invoices are paid within terms. Jacqui also plays a key role in financial reporting, providing management with regular updates and insights through MI reporting and presentations at board meetings.
Jacqui has an unparalleled attention to detail, and strong proficiency in financial systems such as Excel and Xero, as well as the ability to implement new finance and payroll processes effectively. Moreover, Jacqui has a positive, proactive attitude and not only survives but thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
