Katie Oliver, Chartered Trademark Attorney, Director
Katie qualified as a Trade Mark Attorney in 2002 and joined a large national Patent and Trade Mark firm, becoming a partner in 2007. She joined Albright IP in 2009 as a Trade Marks Director to lead the Trade Marks department.
Katie is a commercially minded, client-focussed Attorney, with a keen desire to understand and support her client’s business needs. She has extensive experience in all aspects of trade mark law, including trade mark selection and searching, trade mark portfolio management, filing and prosecution of trade mark applications around the world, initiating and defending trade mark opposition, invalidation and revocation proceedings, and trade mark defence and enforcement.
She enjoys working closely with clients throughout the brand creation process to ensure intellectual property assets are well protected, and advises a wide range of clients, from start-up businesses to multinational corporations with global interests.
