Back in 1998, CEO & Founder, Emma Summers was struck by a home truth! Recruitment was not focussed on people or careers but more on supply, demand and getting the job done! Something had to be done to remedy the bad habits of the industry. A solution? A different way of thinking…one that was focussed on people…trust…a sense of belonging and a community! Emma’s mission was to create a company that looked and felt very different in its experience, branding culture, ethos and values.
What started as a logo and a set of core values, has become a well-known, highly recognised and well-respected agency representing many of the UK’s leading brands. Nearly 26 years on, Emma is so proud of what has been achieved and even more excited about Juice’s future plans. With a fantastic team, a great portfolio of offices and a brand that is fresh and unique in the market, Juice’s future is exciting!

Self motivated, forward thinking and creative, Vicky is a true testament to dreaming big! With over 18 years recruitment experience, Vicky started her Juice journey over 14 years ago and through her heartfelt dedication, future focussed approach and red-hot ability to understand the market, she is now Juice’s MD. Vicky is incredible at seeing what businesses need in their people and how the Juice team are fuelled with the creativity, passion, knowledge and desire to succeed in achieving this.
