Jennifer Appleton, Managing Director
Jennifer has been instrumental in her role as Managing Director of ISO Quality Services, guiding the company towards its vision of making businesses better through the implementation and management of ISO standards.
Her journey began in recruitment and business development, providing a solid foundation for her diverse role at ISO QSL. Upon joining the family run business, her initial focus was on new business activities, but this quickly expanded to include operational responsibilities. Promoted to Managing Director in 2013, Jennifer took on an all-round role which included her continued work within new business development and networking as well as marketing, people development, facilities management, financial management and overall responsibility of the company’s strategic direction. Her dedication extended beyond ISO QSL, where she actively contributed to the local business community and advocated for SMEs as a board member of various groups. She is a key figure in the local business community and often attends networking events and speaker spots.
Jennifer’s experience and leadership has been pivotal to ISO QSL’s continued success. Sitting on the Board of Directors alongside parents Peter and Susan and sister Debbie, Jennifer continues to oversee the overall strategy and performance of the business as well as the company’s new digital strategy. This role includes further developing the company’s new CRM system, upskilling of team members and integration to allow for a more seamless customer experience and a new era of growth for ISO QSL.
