At C2S, we are always looking for the inspiring and the extraordinary, individuals who push boundaries and redefine what is possible.

Maddie Difazio-Wright embodies these qualities perfectly. Her determination and resilience are a beacon of inspiration, showcasing what can be achieved through hard work, resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to embrace the unknown.  We are thrilled to collaborate with Maddie on an event supporting the Linc Charity and are excited to share her inspiring message and experiences with the C2S community.

Maddie, is a remarkable adventurer and was an integral member of the Vibe the Wave team that recently rowed for 43 days across the Atlantic. Maddie and her 2 colleagues Sarah and Emily recently achieved an extraordinary feat by completing the ‘World’s Toughest Row’ which started in December 2023 – a gruelling 3,000 nautical mile journey across the Atlantic Ocean, rowing from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to Antigua.

Join us to hear more about Maddie’s incredible adventure and her lessons learnt around leadership, team building, resilience and adaptability.
