Gloucestershire Young Carers are seeking Inspirational Trustees could this be you? .

Become a Gloucestershire Young Carers Trustee an opportunity to contribute directly to our county young carers . By joining the board, you can help shape the Gloucestershire Charity future and support even more young carers. Your expertise and passion would be invaluable in ensuring that these remarkable individuals receive the support they deserve.
Here are the details:
Meetings: Trustees participate in four board meetings per year (each lasting approximately three hours) and two sub-committee meetings per year (each lasting two hours).
Impact: By becoming a Trustee, you’ll contribute to the future and well-being of over 1,000 young carers aged 8 to 24 years old in Gloucestershire.

Strategic Thinkers: Those who can remain objective and focus on the bigger picture during decision-making.
Advocates for Equality: Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
No Prior Trustee Experience Required: Alignment with GYC values matters more.
Support and Induction: New Trustees receive an induction and are paired with a trustee to gain knowledge, confidence, of the work of GYC
