” It was exhilarating, exciting ,inspiring and one of the best challenges i have done, i loved it and was buzzing for hours after. It promotes self-belief, confidence and reminds us all how great we all are and how important and impactful positivity is and how we can make a choice to take control of our thoughts and we can do anything when we put our mind to it – even walk on hot coals! After everything we have all been through in the last 18 months this will be a real tonic for you all – I hope you will join us”.
