In an exciting development for 2024, BPE has launched their Start Up Hub for early stage businesses and entrepreneurs.
The Startup Hub has been developed with input from lawyers across BPE, experienced in helping startup companies with corporate, intellectual property, commercial contracts and employment matters. The Startup Hub contains the key legal documents that an early-stage startup will need, and includes Drafting Notes and Statutory Registers.
The one stop hub is designed to become a community space for startups – regularly updated with additional templates and useful updates and links to help the early-stage business community.
Kathryn King, Head of Corporate at BPE was instrumental in its development;
“I am so excited to launch the Startup Hub. We are totally committed to supporting new businesses locally and across the UK, and helping to ensure their successful growth. The free downloadable template documents will help any new business with an initial legal framework, enabling them to get off the ground.”
