The Corporate team at Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors has acted for Partners& on its acquisition of Hart Insurance Brokers, an independent insurance broker and financial adviser based in Helensburgh, Scotland.
This acquisition brings new expertise to Partners&, augmenting the considerable insurance advisory offering already provided across a wide range of sectors, and expanding Partners&’s client base further in Scotland.
