Huge thank you to Prosperity Care and Wellbeing for hosting this years’ C2S Awards judging day at their superb offices in Gloucester Docks. Colin Beard, Founder & Director shared with us their people plan and how their wellbeing strategy has worked so well for them, boasting a retention rate of over 95% they attribute their success to their wellbeing strategy and all the initiatives they run for their people, providing workplace wellbeing for all.
On the back of their success, they have now launched Prosperity Holistics where they share all their learnings with other organisations as well as running classes for yoga, fitness, offer counselling and holistic therapies to include massage, reiki, reflexology etc.

The judging day was a huge success as we welcomed over 40 of our judges to take part in the morning. We discussed each category and collected in all their result, adding their results to the results table to give us our finalists for 2025.
With record numbers of entries this year with over 310 and 250 entrants making it though the first stage to the shortlisters, it was a tough job! The quality of entries was outstanding, and we were delighted to see so many organisations doing well in the region, very inspiring in what has been a tough few years for business.
Thank you to everyone that entered the C2S Business Awards this year, the results of the finalists will be out very soon. Whether you have made it through to the finals or not we do hope everyone will support the awards evening on 26th June and join us for the biggest business party in the region!
