This week we celebrated Christmas at our C2S.Digital monthly online networking event. With over 90 people booked we enjoyed great conversations, lots of new connections and some festive fun with live music and Christmas songs from Camilla Lewington and a live demonstration of how to make the C2S Christmas Cocktail with Raymond Pugh, Director of Neptune Rum. Camilla was outstanding and certainly set the scene for the festive season. After what has been a very difficult year for many it was fantastic to enjoy some fun, festive cheer and spend some time with colleagues, friends and business connections, sharing stories, meetinge new people and making plans for 2021.

We raised over £150.00 for CCP and the Hamper Scamper Appeal – Still time to donate to support homeless and vulnerable people this Christmas 🙂 .

CCP’s Annual Hamper Scamper Appeal

seeks to spread the spirit of Christmas and give hope by providing seasonal food parcels and children’s gifts to those in need.

Many of those who will be receiving a hamper will be families living on the brink of homelessness and struggling to afford food and heating alongside the expectations of the festive season. Others may be isolated adults and young people, with no friends or family to celebrate this special time of year with.

To provide this service, we rely on the generosity of our local community for donations of basic food items through to festive provisions. Please help us to spread some cheer to those less fortunate this Christmas.

FOOD DONATIONS

The food you donate could be the highlight of someone’s Christmas

We are now collecting donations for Hamper Scamper 2020.

If you, your business, school, church or other organisation can collect food supplies for us that would be amazing! Please can we have all food donations by Wednesday 2nd December.

Donations can be dropped to our office at 340 High Street, Cheltenham, GL50 3JF.

Alternatively, email events@ccp.org.uk to organise a pick up.

Donate a Christmas gift for a child that we support. We ask that the gifts are to the value of £15-£20 and ideal for a specific age range between 0-17 years.

Organise some festive fundraising in your office for our Hamper Scamper appeal – perhaps a Christmas jumper day, carol singing or bake sale, run a raffle or quiz or give in lieu of sending Christmas cards.

Give some of your time to help by driving around the county collecting food donations from generous organisations. Email events@ccp.org.uk for an idea of key dates.
