I joined Ian Williams in 2008 as the Financial Controller.

Being given the opportunity to move from finance into operations, as the General Manager for our Response services within Ian Williams
What / who inspires you professionally?
I am inspired by the idea that in our own small way, we can make a significant improvement to peoples’ lives, whether through delivering an excellent service to the residents in whose homes we work, or through providing job and personal development opportunities within the communities we serve. Ian Williams is committed to both these principles and I’m proud to be a part of such a customer-centric organisation.
Personal hobbies / interests
I am a fan of live music and like to watch my favourite bands play as often as possible. I have two dogs and enjoy walking them with my husband.
