Today we held our second quarterly online event talking about #unconsciousbias with Rachel Harber FCIPD .
Rachel is a CIPD Fellow and has over two decades of #HR and #recruitment expertise. Specialising in People Strategy – aligned to Organisational Strategy.
She has a passion for culture, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring that an organisation includes this to maximise their recruitment and retention of key talent.
With her many years’ experience, across many sectors from Manufacturing to Care, and Technology to Charity, she has a wealth of experience of dealing with a wide range of challanges and bias.
Rachel talked about unconscious bias – what to do about it, how to check and balance the culture within your organisation, the right language today, good practice and about being an authentic, diverse and inclusive organisation.
