Lee has over 35 years’ experience in helping organisations to develop and deliver system led management approaches to their business risk and resilience. Working globally, with organisations across government, public and corporate sectors to develop continuously evolving and forward-looking practices as part of their strategic roadmap to ensure they are prepared for next generation risk, creating the resilience needed to support their objectives and gain and maintain a competitive advantage.
He specialises in areas of the system driven approach to risk management ; Governance, Risk and Compliance; GDPR and Data Compliance; Cyber Resilience; Advanced Technology Deployment; People Programmes; and Training. This is done through focusing on the pillars of the psychology of business risk and resilience (people) and deployment of advanced solutions in support (technology).
Lee has been delivering value to clients through creating the strategic roadmap and tactical implementation of an end to end solution to managing business risk and creating organisational resilience.. David Jones – Managing director Evans Jones Ltd.
Commercial Multi-disciplinary; planning, project management, building and disabled access consultancy operating from Cheltenham, Reading and London. Advising landowners/ tenants/ property developers and public bodies upon commercial developments including; offices, industrial, residential, education, leisure, retail.
David is a dual qualified surveyor and town planner, he is a board member of the Gloucestershire Design Review Panel and advisor to the national Design Council. He is passionate about our built and natural environment.
Kieran O’Donoghue is Director at Gloucester based HR and Training consultancy, HR Champions. Kieran runs the business jointly with his fellow Director and Wife, Cathy and next year the business will be celebrating its 20th anniversary.
Andy Bates, Vice principal / CFO Gloucestershire College.
Andy has been at Gloucestershire College for many years and seen many changes in education and indeed in the college offering.
Exciting times ahead for the College with the launch of their brand new £3m Advanced Digital Academy, which is part of the West of England Institute of Technology and their new Cyber courses to support the skills gap in this sector.
