C2S Talks 2021 with Chris Mould, Crowe
The challenges that every business and individual has faced over the last nine months have been huge. Each and every business has had to be nimble, make swift decisions, communicate better than ever before and learn from each other.
Crowe’s values – ‘we care, we share, we invest, we grow’ – have been reflected in how we have engaged with our people and our clients during this difficult time and remain the bedrock of our firm.
We have managed to take remote working to a level that none of us realised could be achieved. A major element of this success has been our communications as a firm to our people, within our teams and to the wider business community.
The way in which we have communicated has changed and our learnings from this will be taken forward into the post-COVID world.
It is vital for our business, or any business for that matter, that we take the elements of remote working that have worked well during this crisis and develop them further when we have fewer restrictions on how we work.
The wellbeing of our people has been and will continue to be at the forefront of our minds. We will see a change of mindset for office-based people in how they want to work going forward and fundamentally what is important to them in life. Truly agile working practices will enable this for our current employees and will be important for the attraction of future employees.
Looking further into 2021, our values are at the forefront of everything we do, and we will be forward-thinking in what is going to be a new world for accountants, advisors and their clients.
