Thanks to Kevin Brent from Bizsmart for a great session on how to build value into your business by concentrating on the multiplier effect and not solely on profit. He explained what you can achieve in terms of an increased multiplier and used a powerful case study to illustrate the key drivers. The timing would seem to be perfect to look at what business do we want and what do we want out of our business. During the session Kevin took us through 5 drivers and we talked about how we could implement these in our businesses. It was a fantastic opportunity to work on the business and not in the business and plan for the future even in these uncertain times. In fact it is an ideally opportunity to look at our businesses and as they are saying #Buildbackbetter. Great feedback from attendees, with the opportunity to discuss issues in breakout rooms.
