| Charles Russell Speechlys announces the expansion of its Family offering in Cheltenham, with Felicity Chapman, Senior Associate solicitor, having relocated to Gloucestershire to be based in in the Cheltenham office to deal with increased client demand.
Felicity is very experienced, having specialised in family law for over 12 years. Her areas of expertise include divorce, separation and associated financial matters, cohabitation/unmarried couples, issues relating to children and cases involving allegations of domestic abuse. She also advises on cohabitation agreements and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and works closely with the private wealth team. Felicity is described as “a very experienced solicitor who deals with some complex work” (Legal 500 2020) and “technically excellent and known for her constructive approach to cases” (Citywealth Leaders List / 2019 Future Leaders Top 100).
