Alex Grant

Sustainability Engagement Manager for Grundon

Alex joined Grundon in 2014, aged 24. Since then, she has received four promotions taking her from Sales through Contract Management and into her current role, Sustainability Manager.

Day-to-day, Alex works with Grundon’s commercial customer base to identify and implement innovative solutions and service offerings that aid them in their environment and sustainability targets.

Alex will share with us the Grundon story, their journey and how they achieved Highly Commended Medium Business of the Year in 2024, a huge achievemnt in such a popular category last year.

Joseph Smale – Partnership Manager

Joe joined Good Energy as Partnerships Manager in 2024. As one of the UK’s only B Corp certified energy suppliers Good Energy is on a mission to help homes and businesses in the UK decarbonise and reduce the reliance on fossil fuels. Joe works closely with businesses to help them on the journey to net zero through 100% green electricity, innovative solar and battery storage solutions as well as innovative employee and customer offers and campaigns.

Joe will share Good Energy’s journey to become a 360 degree energy partner and how award recognition helps drive the net zero agenda.
