We are delighted to bring this Leadership Masterclass to C2S members in partnership with world renowned leadership experts FranklinCovey.
Tim Threipland has been a leadership coach and facilitator since 1989, he works with clients across Asia, EMEA and the United States. His experiences began with the discipline of a military career, running his own Leadership Development business for over 20 years and broadened by working as an associate with FranklinCovey Global. He brings a pragmatic, field-tested perspective on leadership and developing adaptive and agile teams – a perspective developed while working with diverse enterprise clients worldwide.
Tim currently runs the Organisational Development Practice for FranklinCovey Europe and is responsible for managing large enterprise level change programmes within FranklinCovey clients.
Tim’s previous role was Director of Coaching, delivering 5-year systemic leadership coaching programme for Microsoft executives globally.
Tim’s approach is pragmatic and principled and focuses on enabling individuals to exercise their choices – Choices that empower and guide individuals to do what is right both for themselves and their business. An internationally recognised leadership expert, coach and speaker. He thrives on challenges and inspires others to bring their best to every situation.
