The 360 tool was developed by postgraduates at Harvard University, who collaborated with some of the leading learning and development thinkers and strategists of the 21st century, such as Peter Senge and Howard Gardner. It was commercialised in the 1990’s and has since been used globally. Suzanne Hall-Gibbins, who leads these sessions, has over 20 years of experience working with the model at the core of the Insight360 approach, having collaborated with its creators after they left Harvard University.
