We’re excited to tell you more about the C2S Leading with Influence Programme—designed to develop the next generation of senior leaders. This programme focuses on sharpening the skills needed to influence others, lead change, and thrive in today’s world, where “Leadership is not about hierarchy. It is about influence.”
What Makes This Programme Stand Out?
We’ve worked closely with renowned leadership expert Campbell Macpherson to design a programme that is impactful, practical, cost effective and tailored to your business needs. Every delegate completes the six-month journey with an action plan to achieve a key business objective—empowered by the skills developed during the programme.
Additionally, we are delighted to share that we’ve partnered with Worcestershire Growth Hub and have access to Skills Boost Funding to offer 50% funding (up to £1,500 per delegate or £6000 per business). This funding is available to both C2S members and non-members, provided the delegate resides in Worcestershire. The cost of the programme to C2S Members is £2,500 +VAT and non-members £4000 +VAT with the possibility of 50% off the member price and £1500 off the non-member price for Worcestershire based employees.
