HR People Support Ltd, Cheltenham’s trusted outsourced HR consultancy firm, is delighted to announce the formation of an alliance with Sue Bailey of Sue Bailey Consulting of Stroud, Gloucestershire.
Now with over 30 years of HR experience, Sue Bailey set up Sue Bailey Consulting in 2015 as a result of working as a senior HR professional in various companies. With the ambition to help small businesses implement best practice in HR, Sue has provided HR services to many happy clients and seen her small business clients grow as a result of putting people at the heart of their strategy.
As a result of her successful career in HR, and as she looks ahead to taking a step back, Sue has formed an alliance with HR People Support to enable a smooth continuation of HR provision to her clients.
Similarly, Sarah Cook, Managing Director and Founder of HR People Support set up the business in 2019 with a passion to support small and medium sized businesses with the best outsourced HR support possible. From that pivotal moment of just her and one client, Sarah has grown HR People Support to now provide HR advice and guidance to over 200 clients in Gloucestershire and beyond and is ready to form an alliance to support the future growth of her own business and that of her client partners.
Sue Bailey says of the alliance “I have chosen to work with and trust HR People Support as they are a well reputed, professional HR provider in the area, that holds values aligned with my own and has the very best people and resources to support local businesses to the most professional standard. Client partner happiness is of paramount importance to me, and this was significant in my decision making of who to partner with for the future. I have nurtured the relationships with my clients and ensuring their future success from an HR perspective when I step away is crucial”.
Sarah Cook added “I am delighted to form this new alliance with Sue and become her trusted associate. This opportunity allows us to combine our expertise, to further enhance the performance of small and medium sized businesses in the area and nationally – something which my team and I pride ourselves on. I am looking forward to collaborating with Sue, meeting and building relationships with her client partners and to providing guidance and expert support from the start. I am very excited about the future of the business.”
The company will continue to be based in Festival House, Cheltenham, with a team of 8 staff. With aims to build on its 200 strong client base and growing reputation, Sarah and the team at HR People Support will work together with Sue as she embarks on the next chapter of her life.
Sue Bailey Consulting Ltd will continue to trade offering consultancy services to the transport and logistics industry.
