| Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team and BPE Solicitors have recently advised Cheltenham-based Bamboo Technology Group Limited on its strategic acquisition of TechTeam Group Limited, a customer focused technology business with expertise in the small to mid-market.
The deal was guided by Hazlewoods Corporate Finance Director, James Whittaker, and BPE Solicitors Partner, Adam Kean, who worked with Bamboo to further expand its group of businesses. Since the acquisition of Tech Op Solutions in 2019, Bamboo has successfully transitioned from its roots in telecoms service provision to become an ICT managed services provider in the South West cyber and technology communities. Hazlewoods advised Bamboo on the structure of the transaction, funding arrangements and provided financial and taxation due diligence support. BPE Solicitors oversaw the legal elements of the acquisition, advising Bamboo on the transaction documents and undertaking legal due diligence.
