Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team has been named a ‘Corporate Advisory Team of the Year’ finalist at Insider’s 2023 South West Dealmakers Awards.
With 11 award categories up for grabs, Insider brought together a group of independent regional experts to analyse and debate more than 100 entries which cover deals from the past 12 months.
2022 was a bumper year for M&A activity in the region and a record-breaking year for Hazlewoods, who were named a Top 10 UK Adviser, ranked 2nd in the south west, by Experian.
Its Corporate Finance team completed 165 deals worth £1.5 billion last year – a 42.6% increase on 2021 deal value – and 25% of the transactions were south west based.

Winners of the Dealmakers Awards will be revealed at a black-tie awards dinner, hosted at Bristol Marriott City Centre Hotel on Thursday 29 June 2023.
