Being ranked third most active legal adviser in the UK in mergers and acquisitions demonstrates Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ continued support of clients in 2020, despite the pandemic. Rising from seventh position in 2019 reflects the firm’s commitment to its clients’ needs developing its corporate offering by investing in new and home-grown talent. The rankings, by Experian, were released today. The firm was also ranked again most active in the south west, having completed nearly three times as many deals as next legal adviser; and is also once again in pole position in the south east. Tim Ward, head of corporate in Cheltenham, said: “The market remains busy. Businesses are looking for opportunities despite the challenges of lockdowns and Brexit. We have always been there to support our clients and these rankings show that our approach is valued by them.” The firm was also ranked second in both the east of England and the Midlands. |
