HR Solutions, which provides outsourced HR services to small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the UK, is expanding its reach across the Midlands with the acquisition of Cherington HR, a human resources consultancy in Worcester.
The acquisition is the company’s fourth over the past six years. In 2015 HR Solutions merged with Business Human Resources Solutions, followed by the acquisition of HR Services (UK) in 2017 and then the addition of Crispin Rhodes last year.
