Emma ran through the current initiatives at Spirax around the theme embedding Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Wellbeing and their refreshed group diversity goals for 2025.
One of the most shocking statistics that Emma shared and she said resonated with the Spirax board was that ‘suicide is the leading cause of death for men under the age of 50 in the UK’.
