Recently promoted to partner at Willans LLP solicitors, Jenny is a lawyer specialising in employment law. Proactive and enthusiastic, she prides herself on spending time getting to know and understanding her clients and their business.
Always focused on the end objective, Jenny helps with matters including contracts, HR, general employee relations and defending tribunal proceedings. She’s also an active member of Willans’ green and charity committees and helps to organise fundraising events and champion the firm’s green policies.
Describing herself as “commercial and personable” Jenny regularly hosts webinars and sits on the Gloucestershire CIPD committee. In 2022, she was named a “rising star” by independent guide, The Legal 500 for a second year and described as “noteworthy for her work advising SME clients.”
A keen rugby fan and Wales supporter, she can usually be found debating Welsh rugby’s successes or failures and plays touch rugby for Cheltenham Tigers.
