Introducing Izabela Videki, who works at Neoperl UK in Malvern as a Metrology Engineer in the Continuous Improvement team.
Izabela joined Neoperl in 2012 in the Quality Control department. Keen to keep abreast of the latest manufacturing processes and techniques, she has completed numerous CPD training courses over the years. Supported by the business, she has most recently completed a foundation degree in Engineering in Metrology at Coventry University, which led to her current role.
Neoperl is one of the world’s leading producers of flow regulators, which are precision-made parts that are fitted to taps, showers and boilers to control the flow of water. Izabel’s role is critical in ensuring the continuous improvement of quality systems in the business and a large part of her day is taken up programming the Coordinate Measure Machines (CMM), to enable accurate, complex measurement checks of current and newly developed components. She works closely with other departments, like R&D, QC and the Production team to drive these constant improvements.
