Fiona Prendergast leads Marketing & Communications at premiership rugby club Worcester Warriors and Sixways Stadium.
Prior to Worcester Warriors, Fiona held roles within tech start-ups to a global retail bank and she ran her own business for several years. A regular in the board room since her twenties, Fiona has mentored numerous young employees and peers.
Fiona is a firm believer that confidence is the key to success and, with additional qualifications in psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy, has coached several female business leaders and owners to step up and into the calm, confident and happy version of themselves.
