After two years, ISO Quality Services are excited to announce the return of their first physical ISO training since pre-covid.
Like many businesses, ISO QSL switched to remote delivery of their services during the pandemic and, since covid restrictions lifting, have slowly re-introduced physical visits. The ISO providers are now looking forward to re-opening their training suite in Worcester from September for their ISO training.
Despite remote training proving popular throughout the pandemic, ISO QSL recognises that the format doesn’t suit every learning style. In addition, face-to-face learning is often much more engaging, interactive and has far less distractions. With this in mid, they have made the decision to take a hybrid approach going forward, offering a selection of both remote and physical ISO training courses.
ISO QSL will be welcoming delegates back on Wednesday 28th September for their popular Internal Auditor training course which supports delegates in becoming confident internal auditors of any ISO management system. As part of this course, the trainer, who is a qualified auditor, will cover:
- An overview of management systems
- The purpose of an audit
- How to approach an audit
- Maximising the benefits of monitoring and procedure control
- How to identify negative trends and rectify them
- How to identify positive trends and maximise them
- A practical auditing exercise
