When we first asked Justin to come back and speak at Leadership Month the situation in Ukraine hadn’t escalated to the extent it has now. It may have been on the risk register but it certainly wasn’t the terrible situation we find ourselves now. Justin is regularly seen on the BBC news channels and other media channels providing insights into the current situation. We asked Justin to give us an update on the battlefield dynamics evolving between Russian and the Ukraine and the impacts for the UK.
