Prepare the construction programme and target improvements

Monitor the progress against the programme
Manage the design team, develop required schedules and obtain all necessary samples for client sign off

Provide project updates for client meetings
Ensure health and safety is managed on site
Ensure all site activities are properly risk assessed and that safe systems of work are implemented
Ensure quality inspections are carried out on site by the site team and carry out high level quality inspections of the site activities to ensure compliance with specification and agreed control samples

Coordinate and manage subcontractors
Liaise with the client, architect and other professionals associated with the project
Liaise with fellow contract managers and resource manager to provide suitable resources and cover to sites
