  • Embedding and communicating B Corp values: BBBW supports you with strategies to embed the social and environmental values with your staff and suppliers and in every area of your business. We can also support you with a communications strategy of how to communicate to your customers, investors and peers that you’ve become certified and what this means for your product and for them.
  • Impact Reports: Part of being a B Corp is being totally transparent about the work you do, so one thing that is a requirement from B Lab is that you produce, publish and openly communicate an annual Impact Report, where you report on your economic, social and environmental performance.  BBBW supports with developing the content of your Impact Report, based on real data and impacts year on year.
  • Continuous improvement, preparing for re-certification: The great thing about the B Impact Assessment is that it’s a framework by which you can base your business on, so that you know you are always improving on your social and environmental positive impact, as well as your economic one. You will also want to try and beat your last B Corp score when the re-certification comes around every 3 years. BBBW can support you to develop this continuous improvement roadmap.
  • GHG footprinting and reduction strategy: for your company, or an event, or a service: Whether you are on the B Corp journey or not, BBBW can support you to measure your business’, event’s or service’s greenhouse gas footprint and recommend ways in which you can reduce it.
  • Materiality and stakeholder mapping and sustainability strategy development: An essential part of any sustainability journey is to map your core stakeholders and the key social and environmental topics that influence your business and that you influence. BBBW can support you and your team run this activity, which would give you an excellent base on which to develop your sustainability strategy.

“Our journey to B-Corp was a long one. Taking an existing business and changing its ethos from purely commercial to one that equally values people and planet alongside profit doesn’t happen overnight.  We had to influence hearts and minds as well as ensure processes were in place to enable us to succeed in our B Corp Assessment.

We couldn’t have done it without Camilla’s advice, challenge and support.  She made a complex assessment easier to understand and take action on and was always available to review policies and processes that we were creating along the way. Camilla is passionate about what she does and we have loved working with her and look forward to doing so again when we re-certify in 2027.” Caroline Barnes, Director of People & Performance, Green Gourmet
