circa £30,000 CRM & Technical Marketing Lead

Are you ready for the next step in your marketing career?
We’re looking for a hands-on, technically capable CRM & Technical Marketing Lead to join the Circle2Success (C2S) team. You’ll play a key role in devleoping our CRM system, supporting marketing automation, and helping us drive smarter, data-led member engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who’s worked with CRM or email tools before and wants to deepen their technical skills while contributing to meaningful projects like the C2S Business Awards and our growing events programme.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing and improving our CRM (Dynamics), including automations and data structure.

Running and optimising email campaigns with tools like Constant Contact, Mailchimp or Dynamics Marketing.

Supporting campaign tracking, reporting, and improving member journeys.

Helping coordinate event communications and data flows.

Creating presentations and keeping content up-to-date across our channels.

We’re looking for:

1–3 years’ experience in a marketing or CRM-related role.

Comfortable with systems, data, and tools like Excel, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Google Analytics.

Strong communication, great attention to detail, and a proactive, practical mindset.

Interest in building technical marketing skills and working across a variety of projects.
