Are you passionate about driving positive change and helping shape the future of an organization? Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is looking for a Resourcing and Organisational Development (OD) Partner to the dynamic OD team at Gloucestershire College!

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the College’s organisational growth by coordinating impactful people-focused projects and helping to develop innovative recruitment and resourcing strategies. You'll collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to find creative solutions for meeting our staffing needs, both now and for the future.

It is a part-time job, based at the college’s Gloucester Campus. We offer a flexible, hybrid work environment, with the option to adjust hours to fit your schedule—including full days, part-time, or school hours. • Lecturer in Plumbing

• Lecturer in Brickwork and Multi Skills

• Lecturer in Motor Vehicle

• Lecturer in Electrical Installations
