Established in 2010, Holiday Architects designs and operates tailor-made trips to interesting and far-flung destinations. We guide our clients through the planning process, taking time to understand what is important to them and creating an itinerary (from scratch) that matches those needs. A typical holiday with us might be two and a half weeks in Vietnam, travelling across the country visiting several different places, with a private driver and guide, and staying in characterful, boutique hotels throughout. We pride ourselves on the experiences we offer, and our holidays include excursions which take you beyond what most tourists experiences, connect you with local people and their culture, and give you a richer understanding of the places you visit. We take care of all the arrangements for the holiday, leaving our clients to enjoy the anticipation before they travel, knowing they will have an amazing time when they are there.
Based in Cheltenham, we operate a remote-first working policy, with our local team members free to use the office when they want. Once a month we gather the whole team in Cheltenham and take the company on tour for our Connection Day. Venues have included the Town Hall, Pitville Pump Room, Cheltenham Town FC, Gloucester Rugby, and St Luke’s Church Hall. Connection Day is usually about catching up with colleagues to build empathy and understanding; and twice a year our Connection Day is given over to local volunteering, most recently spending the day with the Trussell Trust, helping at one of their food banks.
