Job Description

The Electric Vehicle Sales & Leasing Consultant is primarily a sales-based role with the main purpose of assisting small and mediums enterprises in their endeavours to transition their fleets to electric vehicles.

With a focus on managing customer enquiries and leads, the major responsibility of the Electric Vehicle Leasing Consultant is to respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent customer service and appropriate information regarding their enquiry.

An ambitious individual would actively engage with the business community to generate their own client base and to assist businesses in choosing the best electric vehicles and finance products for their business.

The ideal candidate would have a proven track record in a vehicle leasing company, dealership or finance
company with the following attributes:

• Experience and understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines and conduct

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management
•Being the face of the business, this role is critical to building a positive first impression for customers. The Electric Vehicle Leasing Consultant is responsible for managing customers through their leasing ‘journey’ and ensuring they are supported through the sales process and treated fairly. Supporting the effective management of relationships with key suppliers and partners such as vehicle manufacturers and leasing companies.

Day-to-day management of sales leads and enquiries
•Providing a major contribution to the success of the business, it is key that all new leads and the management of existing customers adhere to the sales process and best practices. Ensuring all systems are updated accordingly and customers are provided with clear information in relation to their enquiry.

Performance measures
•Provide effective customer management, staying on track and on top of daily tasks and activities. Ensure the right behaviours are adopted in order to achieve success.

Communication and support of the wider business
•Ensure appropriate information is communicated clearly to customers as well as regularly communicating in terms of own performance to management. As a small nimble business, willingness to help and assist the wider business activities will be a regular occurrence, such as attending networking events, and conferences, or helping with events and marketing.

Reporting
•Able to provide clear reporting on own sales performance in order to ensure sales targets are being achieved.

Compliance
•Ensure awareness of and remain up to date in terms of compliance. Completing all e-learning and/or any other applicable training as requested. Have a clear understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)Guidelines. Take accountability. Identify and raise/log complaints as required.

Risk Management
•Identify potential business risks and be proactive in seeking a resolution.

Health & Safety
•Support the Health & Safety policy and where Health & Safety issues are identified to escalate as necessary

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Part-Time Customer Success Coordinator to join our team.

This role is integral to the success of our sales operations, ensuring smooth management of our customer relationships, vehicle finance processing, and in-life contract management. You will be the main liaison between our customers, procurement partners, and internal teams, ensuring a top-notch experience from vehicle order to contract completion.

Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Finance Processing:
• Assist with vehicle finance applications, including preparing and submitting associated documents and forms.
• Liaising with customers to ensure the timely signing of finance agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of all finance-related tasks.

Vehicle Orders and Delivery Coordination:
• Process vehicle orders with our procurement partner, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Liaise with customers to update them on the status of their vehicle orders and arrange delivery.
• Troubleshoot any delays or issues and communicate with relevant stakeholders to find resolutions.

CRM Management:
• Maintain and update the CRM system with customer information, contract details, and communication history.
• Ensure all customer data is accurate and up to date for smooth operations and reporting.

Customer Experience & In-Contract Management:
• Be the main liaison between the customer and the customer experience team, handling in-contract queries such as mileage rescheduling and adjustments.
• Manage the end-of-contract process, including arranging vehicle collections, facilitating early terminations, and addressing any final queries.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lease duration, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role (automotive or leasing experience is a plus).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic finance processing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle contract and finance-related queries.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
