About the Role:

We’re growing – and we need YOU to be part of our journey! We’re on the hunt for a talented Vinyl Fitter / Sign Maker to join our busy and thriving team in Malvern, Worcestershire.

The Role at a Glance:

Job Title: Vinyl Fitter / Sign Maker
Location: Malvern, Worcestershire (with travel across the UK)
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm (30minute lunch break)
Flexibility for occasional overtime when needed

What You’ll Be Doing:

Applying graphics to various surfaces, including windows, walls and vehicles.
Installing fascia and post-mounted signage.
Understanding and interpreting briefs to create precise, high-quality signage.
Printing, cutting, and laminating vinyl.
Various signage assembly projects including metalwork, woodwork, acrylic & lighting.
Conducting site surveys and completing documentation accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in signage manufacturing and installation (less experience will be considered for the right candidate).
Bonus Skills: Vehicle wrapping experience (desirable but not essential).
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with plotters, large-format printers, and laminators.
Adaptability: Willingness to take on new challenges and learn.
Communication: Strong listening and teamwork abilities.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality and accuracy.
Problem Solver: Resourceful and solution focused.
Work Ethic: A proactive, hardworking individual who thrives in fast-paced settings.
Safety Awareness: Understanding the importance of health and safety.
Creativity: Artistic flair is a plus!
